- Audio and Media Files: Audio inputs, microphone recordings, transcripts, subtitles, and generated voice files processed through platform features.
- Technical Logs: Server connection records, IP addresses, browser headers, request timestamps, and diagnostic metrics used to protect infrastructure and manage quotas.
2. How We Use Information
Information is processed solely to operate the platform, deliver user-initiated actions (transcription, translation, and speech generation), safeguard system stability, troubleshoot errors, and enforce service integrity. We do not sell or trade personal data to third parties.
3. Technical Infrastructure and Providers
To deliver features securely and reliably, the Service utilizes industry-standard third-party developer infrastructure and APIs:
- Network Delivery & Security: Edge delivery, DDoS mitigation, and firewall services (such as Cloudflare);
- Processing APIs: Specialized machine-learning endpoints (such as Google and ElevenLabs) solely to execute requested audio, text, or voice synthesis operations.
4. Storage and Data Retention
The Service stores user projects and audio files as necessary to maintain active workflows and technical operations. Content may be periodically removed as part of automated system lifecycle management. We recommend downloading generated outputs directly to your local storage upon completion.
5. Security
We maintain standard administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and hashed credentials, to protect data during transmission and storage. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security, and users should avoid submitting confidential or highly sensitive information.
6. Successor Entities
In the event VoiceSoft undergoes reorganization, incorporation, or transfer of operational assets, records necessary for service continuity may be transferred to the operating successor entity in accordance with applicable guidelines.
